The journey began with a keen interest in property renovation. Starting my construction career training up to be a fully qualified carpentry. Working on property's with works being carried out from £200 to £500,000. Its safe to say i have the knowledge and experience on how to transform a property dependent on the budget.

I soon come to the realization that even though I was doing the hours and work on a property, I was not getting the best return. It was in fact the investor making the big profit without getting their hands dirty. This is when I decided to further expand my knowledge through property with the Samuel Leeds Academy.
